Deliciously Sautéed!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chicken, cut up
- 2-3 stalks of celery cut small
- 1 small onion minced
- 3 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cube of chicken bouillon
- 8 cloves of garlic whole and peeled
- 10-12 whole peppercorns
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 chopped plum tomato
Instructions
- Wash chicken pieces and do not dry the chicken.
- Dust wet chicken pieces in ¼ cup of flour and leave aside.
- In a skillet add a little oil (about 4 TBSP) and sauté the chicken on all sides. Until lightly brown and then leave aside.
- Add the whole caraway seeds.
- If the sauce or the marinade is too runny, place it in a sauce pan and cook it on the stove until it thickens.
- With the remaining drippings, sauté the garlic, onions and the celery. If need be, add more oil and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the lightly fried chicken back in.
- Add the remaining ingredients like the peppercorns, tomatoes, Worcestershire Sauce ,cinnamon, bouillon and 1 cup of water.
- Cook for 30 mins till the chicken is fully cooked.
- Eat with rice or noodles.
