A complete meal!
Ingredients
- ½ cup of rocket leaves
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup of spinach
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 2 TBSP of white wine vinegar
- Red onions sliced
- Boiled eggs
- Black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar (sugar substitute can be replaced)
Instructions
- Combine the orange juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper in a bowl add all the above. Cucumbers, mushroom or any other seasonal vegetables can be added . Cooked chicken, tuna or grilled meats can also be added and made into one complete meal!
