A complete meal!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of rocket leaves
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of spinach
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 2 TBSP of white wine vinegar
  • Red onions sliced
  • Boiled eggs
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar (sugar substitute can be replaced)

Instructions

  • Combine the orange juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper in a bowl add all the above. Cucumbers, mushroom or any other seasonal vegetables can be added . Cooked chicken, tuna or grilled meats can also be added and made into one complete meal!
