You may have noticed a similar last name to our dentist. Like father like son, the desire to help people through the power of the medical field runs in the Arellano family!
Dr. Francisco’s license, certificates & studies include:
- Dental Surgeon – Universidad Autónoma de Baja California
- Masters in Oral Rehabilitation – Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla
Dr. Francisco is Dr. Juan’s son, and holds his Master’s Degree in dental implants and oral rehabilitation.
He’s a huge fan of the L.A. Dodgers and enjoys catching a game with his dad when time allows!

Very direct and transparent! Received two bone graphs and sinus augmentations and four implants and caps. Everything took well immediately, with no pain, hardly any bleeding, cost was very reasonable, and recovery was fast. Can’t get any better! Staff and assistants were the kindest!

Thank you Dr. Juan Arellano and his staff. We traveled from the Coachella Valley to get his service. Doctor was patient, knowledgeable and his office location is only 8 minutes from the border. We were extremely happy with the final results of his work done on our daughters teeth.
