Low Fat, Healthy, and Easy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of ground turkey meat
- 1 can of canned tomatoes-pureed
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup of celery chopped
- ½ cup of carrots chopped
- 1 ½ cups of low fat chicken broth
- 2 Tb. of olive oil
- A pinch of nutmeg
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Blend the tomatoes, onion, celery and carrots.
- Sauté the ground turkey in 2 Tb of olive oil.
- Add the chicken broth and the pureed mixture and cook it.
- When mixture thickens turn off and eat with cooked spaghetti and garnish with sprinkled parmesan cheese!
