Low Fat, Healthy, and Easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of ground turkey meat
  • 1 can of canned tomatoes-pureed
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup of celery chopped
  • ½ cup of carrots chopped
  • 1 ½ cups of low fat chicken broth
  • 2 Tb. of olive oil
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Blend the tomatoes, onion, celery and carrots.
  • Sauté the ground turkey in 2 Tb of olive oil.
  • Add the chicken broth and the pureed mixture and cook it.
  • When mixture thickens turn off and eat with cooked spaghetti and garnish with sprinkled parmesan cheese!
